We lost a some of our siding and contacted archway. They responded quickly and came out to put the siding back on. They were professional and will use them in the future!

Archway replaced our hail damaged roof this Spring. Matt was our sales manager and worked with our insurance company. He gave an honest quote in the Fall of 2022 with work planned in 2023. Dave was the manager of the project and he and his crew did a great job! On time, efficient, communication perfect and done in one day! Pick up was spotless and saw multiple passes of the yard to make sure. They submitted extra charges to the insurance company without any hassle to us. Archway is fantastic. They helped us fight our insurance company to replace a very damaged roof. Our roof and gutters now look amazing. Extra special shout out to Cody for managing everything and just being awesome, Roy and Jake for helping get new shingles 3 weeks later to fix what the solar company screwed up! When I had a second hail damage claim within a year of each other, I knew who to call: Archway Contracting. They installed a new roof and window wrap for me last fall from the first hail damage claim. The roof held up well after being pelted with up to 1" hail on 5/19/2022, but the metal window wrap had some small dents. I enjoyed working with my Archway Project Manager, Carter, again to have the window wrap replaced. He provided timely communications, worked well with my insurance company, and provided the paperwork electronically through their SmartDocs system. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help made the process easy. Two of the same crew members from last fall came out on a Sunday (8/14/2022) to replace my window wrap. It was good to see that Archway maintains that kind of continuity in field crews over multiple years. They expertly replaced the window wrap of 17 windows in about 6.5 hours, were careful of my many flower gardens, and cleaned up the area well when they finished. They used a long-lasting and effective polymeric sealant around the new window wrap. This sealant contains petroleum distillates, which emit more volatile organic chemicals at higher temperatures. I noticed a stronger sealant smell in my house this time around, and I left the house during part of the afternoon. I aired out the house after the work was completed. I hope I don't have any further storm damage claims, but I know I can rely on Archway Contracting to help me out if the need arises.Service: Home repairs

Archway did a re-roof after the roof sustaining hail damage. They also replaced gutters and some facia. They were prompt, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I must say they also assisted in getting the insurance company up to speed. What I was impressed with the most was how clean my yard and surrounding areas were. Thanks Tom! We hired Archway to replace our roof and siding. After some roof damage, we contacted Matt and he showed up exactly when he said he would. We explained that we were already planning to remodel before the tree damage and already had another contractor set up for the remodel.Archway was highly recommended to us and Matt really listened to our plans and understood our needs.
